Your mail stays private.

This is a private Gmail client for approved accounts. Connecting Google allows the app to read, search, send, draft, label and move messages to Trash when you use those features.

What is stored

Connected email addresses, encrypted Google access and refresh tokens, and temporary sign-in sessions are stored on the AppYB server. Message content is fetched from Gmail when requested and is not retained in a message database. Encrypted backups include connection settings and tokens.

How your data is used

Google data is used only to provide the mail features you request. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to train AI models, or shared with analytics or translation services. AppYB Gmail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your controls

External images and scripts in messages are blocked. Sign out to end this browser session. Disconnect a mailbox to remove its saved tokens from the active app. Backup copies may retain previously saved tokens until their backup is removed; you can invalidate access immediately in your Google account connections. The app cannot permanently delete Gmail messages.

Private testing

Only approved Google test accounts can connect. Google testing access may expire after seven days and require reconnection.
